Job Summary

Our client, a growing Solar Renewable Energy Company based in Opebi, Lagos, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to support the smooth running of daily business operations. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, coordinate resources, and assist in implementing company policies and strategies that drive growth and sustainability within the renewable energy industry.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in operations, preferably within renewable energy, power, or engineering sector.

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
