Work Hours: Mon–Fri (9:00am – 5:00pm), Sat (9:00am – 1:00pm)
Our client, a Solar Renewable Energy Company in Opebi, Ikeja, is seeking an experienced HR Admin to oversee daily human resource functions and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth HR processes, support staff welfare, enforce policies, and provide administrative support to enhance workplace efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
B.Sc./HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2–4 years proven experience in HR/Admin role (experience in renewable energy or related industry is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of HR processes and Nigerian labor law.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
