Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, business acumen, and proven experience in hotel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and food services.
Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue and guest satisfaction.
Handle budgets, financial reports, and operational targets.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management.
