Our client, a newly established hotel located at Old Ojo Road, Lagos, is seeking a proactive and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring excellent guest experiences, managing staff, and setting operational standards to position the hotel as a preferred choice in the area.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Sc./HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of proven hotel management or hospitality leadership experience.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Ability to work on a flexible 2 days on / 2 days off schedule.

Strong financial and operational management expertise.
