Qualification: Minimum of HND

The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, good customer service ability, and an excellent sense of presentation.
Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to visitors and clients professionally
Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper documentation
Provide administrative support to the office
Coordinate courier services, mail dispatch, and scheduling
Ensure reception area is tidy and professional at all times
Requirements
Minimum of HND
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Presentable, organized, and proactive
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
Prior front desk or administrative experience is an advantage
