The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication within the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend to patients and visitors courteously.
Manage phone calls, enquiries, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain front desk and reception area professionalism.
Support patient registration and documentation.
Provide accurate information to patients and families.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping.
Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field.
Previous experience in front desk/administrative roles (hospital experience is an added advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Well-organized, presentable, and customer-oriented.
