Job Summary Our client, a reputable Car Leasing and Logistics Company, is seeking an experienced and dependable Driver to join their team. The ideal candidate must be highly familiar with Lagos routes, demonstrate professionalism at all times, and ensure the safe and timely transportation of clients and vehicles.
Job Details The Driver will be responsible for transporting clients, staff, and vehicles to designated destinations while keeping the assigned vehicle clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy. He must carry out routine checks such as fuel, oil, brakes, and tires, strictly adhere to traffic rules, and comply with company driving policies. Professionalism and courtesy are essential when dealing with clients and passengers, along with keeping accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle movements. The Driver is also expected to promptly report any incidents, accidents, or issues with the vehicle to management.
Requirements Applicants must possess a minimum of SSCE qualification and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. At least three years of proven driving experience, preferably in logistics, leasing, or corporate driving, is required. Candidates must reside on Lagos Island and have excellent knowledge of Lagos roads and alternative routes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are important, along with being physically fit, punctual, and highly responsible.
Compensation and Schedule The salary for this role is ₦100,000, inclusive of allowances. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
