Position: Business Development Manager (Igbo)

Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
Job Summary:
A reputable Travels & Tours company in Victoria Island is looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to drive partnerships, grow revenue, and expand the company’s client base. Candidate must be Igbo and have solid experience in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and close new business opportunities in corporate and retail travel.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Track sales performance and prepare business development reports.
Requirements:
3–5 years experience in travels & tours business development.
Must be Igbo (as required by the employer).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
