Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join our Human Resource Consulting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and positioning the company as a trusted HR solutions partner.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management (preferably in HR consulting, recruitment, or professional services).

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to develop effective business strategies and close deals.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Good knowledge of HR solutions, recruitment, and training services is an added advantage.
