Position: Architect & Design Manager (3D Specialist)

Job Summary

Our client, a fast-growing hospitality management company, is seeking a highly skilled Architect & Design Manager to lead architectural design, planning, and execution of all hotel-related projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in 3D design, rendering, and visualization, and will oversee the creative design process while ensuring all projects meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architectural planning of new hotels, renovations, and expansion projects.

Create 3D models, visualizations, and renderings to bring design concepts to life.

Develop detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and project specifications.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate execution of designs.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and hospitality design principles.

Manage and review design deliverables, ensuring creativity, functionality, and cost-efficiency.

Stay updated with design trends and innovative solutions in the hospitality industry.

Provide leadership to the design team and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Architecture or related field.

5+ years proven experience as an Architect or Design Manager (preferably in hospitality projects).

Strong proficiency in 3D design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, or similar).

Demonstrated portfolio of architectural designs and hotel/real estate projects.

Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and finishes.

Strong project management and leadership skills.

Detail-oriented with a creative and innovative mindset.

Membership with ARCON or NIQS is an added advantage.

Compensation

Salary: ₦400,000 Monthly
