2 Legal Associates

1. Junior Lawyer (1–3 years) – ₦160,000
Requirements:

LL.B and B.L with a minimum of 2:2 from a recognized university.

1–3 years post-call experience in active legal practice.

Strong research and drafting skills (contracts, pleadings, opinions).

Good knowledge of corporate and commercial law.

Ability to work under supervision and support senior counsel.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

2. Senior Lawyer (4–5 years) – ₦180,000 – ₦200,000
Requirements:

LL.B and B.L with a minimum of 2:2 from a recognized university.

4–5 years post-call experience in a reputable law firm.

Proven experience handling litigation, corporate law, and advisory matters independently.

Strong leadership, case management, and client advisory skills.

Ability to draft complex agreements, contracts, and court processes.

Demonstrated business development or client relationship skills.

High ethical standards and attention to detail.

NB: Salary may be higher based on experience.
