Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦250,000

A fast-growing Travel Agency is expanding and urgently seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth, secure partnerships, and position the brand as a leading travel solutions provider across Nigeria and West Africa.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, close high-value deals, build strategic partnerships, and represent the company across corporate, retail, and government travel sectors. This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across retail, corporate, and government travel sectors.

Build strong partnerships with airlines, hotels, embassies, and travel service providers.

Develop and execute effective sales and business growth strategies.

Represent the company in meetings, presentations, trade shows, and industry events.

Prepare proposals, bids, and presentations for corporate and government clients.

Lead negotiations and maintain long-term profitable relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns that drive client acquisition.

Requirements:

3–5 years experience in Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Marketing
(Travel industry experience is an added advantage).

Strong network across corporate organizations, government MDAs, schools, or NGOs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.

Ability to create, implement, and achieve sales strategies consistently.
