Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales division handling GIS, surveying, drone mapping, remote sensing, and geospatial products & services. The role involves setting sales targets, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships (public sector, real estate, construction, infrastructure, and agriculture), managing a sales team, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with high quality and precision.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for all service lines: GIS, drone surveys, remote sensing, mapping, and geospatial product sales.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; track, analyze, and report on sales performance.
Prospect new markets and clients: government agencies, engineering / construction firms, real estate developers, environmental consultants, and other relevant segments.
Build, lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales reps / business development executives.
Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with clients; ensure proposals are technically and commercially viable.
Work closely with the technical / operations teams to understand service capabilities, turnaround times, and delivery constraints to offer feasible solutions to clients.
