Job Summary
The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and managing inventory to ensure proper stock control and smooth operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and the ability to maintain accurate stock levels.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and record incoming supplies and materials.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
Maintain accurate stock and update records regularly.
Issue items to departments/sites based on approved requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages.
Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store.
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proven experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
Strong numerical and record-keeping ability.
Proficiency in MS Office or inventory software.
Good organizational and communication skills.
