Preventive & Corrective Maintenance & Estimation of the Apparent and True Power, Line & Phase Voltage, Line Current, Power Factor & Clearing of Fault Detections on the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) etc on the Incomer, Bus Coupler & Load Distribution High Voltage Switch Gears on the SCADA system for uninterrupted Electrical Power Generation & Distribution using a 220 kV Gas Insulated Systems (GIS) Independent Power Plant (IPP). • Installation (Pre-commissioning Tests) of Distribution Transformers and Installation of Maximum demand Energy Meters through their Current transformers, Maintenance (Transformer Oil Gauge) and Repairs on 11kv and 33kv Distribution Transformers, Ring Main Unit and their Isolator extension, Feeder, Insulator, Armoured cables, Overhead Transmission lines etc • Troubleshooting (Thumping), Maintenance (XLPE Cable Splicing), Installation of underground 11kv and 33kv distribution line cables from their Ring main units (RMU) to their designated Distribution Transformers and Substations. • Installation, Servicing and Overhauling of 3phase Industrial Diesel Generators e.g. Caterpillar Mantrac, FG Wilson, Cummins etc and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) and Installation of Solar panels and their components e.g. Solar charge controllers, 6mm and 10mm cables, Tubular wet cell batteries, Inverters etc • Wearing of Correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g. Helmet, Vest Overalls, Safety Boots, Eye Goggles, Hand Gloves, Ear Mufflers etc Holistic Energy Auditing to determine the Load demand, Load factor, Power factor, Reactive Power and Active energy using Fluke Meter Energy analyser, Compilation of Bill of Engineering Measurement and Evaluation (BEME) and Project Management.

• Servicing, Troubleshooting & Repairs of Diesel, Petrol, Electric, LPG and Hydrostatic Linde Forklift Trucks and Interpret codes of the manufacturer’s technical manual using Linde Diagnostic Software through the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) • Overhauling of the Internal Combustion Engine, Steering, Suspension, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Replacement of damaged components of the Gear transmission, Differential & Hydraulic transmission system e.g. Replacements of Cylinder Piston seals, Hydraulic Pump Motor, Control valves, Hydraulic hose, Hydraulic Oil Filters, Lubrication of forklift chains, preventive maintenance of Linde forklifts & Repairs on Spreader Boom Assembly etc • Repairs and Replacements of the components of the Ignition system, Air-conditioning and Cooling System, Replacement of the Rotor, Crank shaft sensor, Throttle Sensor, Engine Oil Sensor, Oxygen Sensor, DC-DC Converter, Alternators, Spark Plugs, Starter Motor, Relays, Fuses etc. • Wearing of Correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) e.g. Helmet, Vest Overalls, Safety Boots, Eye Goggles, Hand Gloves, Ear Mufflers etc, Hazards identification and Control methods, Pre-operational Inspections and Start up checks e.g. Hydraulic and Engine Oil Gauging and Leakage checks, Warning Light checks etc, Safe Operating and Shut down procedures.
