Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Travel Agency Manager to oversee the daily operations of our travel agency. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ticketing, travel bookings, and customer service within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the travel agency, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.
- Handle flight bookings, ticketing, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.
- Provide expert travel advice, itinerary planning, and visa application guidance to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with strong ticketing expertise.
- Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of airline ticketing, hotel bookings, and visa processing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related software.
